Trifork reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use. By using the Site, you agree with the use of cookies. The Site will collect your personal data when contact forms are submitted.

The Site and the Content are protected by Danish and/or foreign copyright laws, and belong to Trifork or its partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by Trifork or other copyright owners who have authorized their use on the Site. You may download and reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. With the exception of the Sample Images, you may not manipulate or alter in any way images or other Content on the Site.

3. Links to Third-Party Web Sites

Links on the Site to third party web sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Trifork of the third party, the third-party web site, or the information contained therein. If you would like to link to the Site, you must follow Trifork’s link guidelines. Unless specifically authorized by Trifork, you may not connect “deep links” to the Site, i.e, create links to this site that bypass the home page or other parts of the Site. You may not mirror or frame the home page or any other pages of this Site on any other web site or web page.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Trifork be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other indirect damages arising out of (i) the use of or inability to use the site, the service, or the content, (ii) any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the site; (iii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the site, the service and/or the content, (iv) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (v) any other matter relating to the site, the service, or the content, even if kodak has been advised of the possibility of such damages. RabbitMQ Health Inspector – Additional Terms of Use

These Additional Terms of Use apply to the RabbitMQ Health Inspector tool (the “Tool”), made available through this website.

By using the Tool, you agree to the following:

1. Description of Service

The RabbitMQ Health Inspector is a free, automated analysis service.
Users may upload a rabbitmqctl_report.txt file and receive an automatically generated analysis report in PDF format delivered via email.

The Tool is provided for informational and diagnostic assistance purposes only.

2. No Affiliation & Trademark Notice


RabbitMQ® is a registered trademark of Broadcom, Inc. in the United States and other countries.
This Tool and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Broadcom, Inc.
All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. “As-Is” and No Warranty

The Tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of analysis
  • Reliability, availability, or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

  • The analysis will identify all issues or risks
  • The report will be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • The Tool will operate uninterrupted or secure
  • Emails containing reports will always be successfully delivered

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use of or inability to use the Tool
  • Reliance on any generated report
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • System failure
  • Misconfiguration or operational decisions based on the report

Use of the Tool is at your sole risk.

The generated report is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice, system certification, or production approval.

5. User Responsibility & File Uploads

By uploading a rabbitmqctl_report.txt file, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right and authority to upload the file
  • The file does not contain unlawful material
  • The file does not violate any confidentiality, contractual, or regulatory obligations
  • The file does not contain malicious code

You are solely responsible for reviewing and redacting any sensitive or confidential information prior to upload.

We are not responsible for:

  • Sensitive data contained within uploaded files
  • Any disclosure resulting from user-submitted content

6. Data Handling & Email Delivery

The Tool requires an email address in order to deliver the generated PDF report.

By submitting your email address, you consent to:

  • Receiving the analysis report electronically
  • Processing of the uploaded file for the purpose of generating the report

We do not guarantee successful or timely email delivery. Email transmission depends on third-party infrastructure outside our control.

Uploaded files may be processed automatically and may be stored temporarily for the purpose of generating the report. We reserve the right to delete uploaded files at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious, corrupted, or harmful files
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Tool
  • Use automated systems to overload the service
  • Conduct load testing or stress testing
  • Use the Tool for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent the output as official RabbitMQ® certification

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Tool at any time without notice if misuse is suspected.

8. No Professional or Production Guarantee

The generated analysis:

  • Is automated
  • Is not manually reviewed
  • Does not constitute legal, operational, architectural, or security advice
  • Should not be solely relied upon for production-critical decisions

You are responsible for independently verifying all findings.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Tool at any time
  • Change features or limitations
  • Introduce usage limits
  • Withdraw the free offering

Without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
